You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise, in its original condition by mail within 60 days from the date of shipment. Please make sure all tags are attached and items are packaged to protect their shape. We ask that, for hygienic reasons, you try on panties and swimwear over your own, clean undergarments. All returned items must be free of odors, cosmetics, etc. We cannot accept returns of items that appear to have been worn or otherwise do not meet these requirements. Likewise, we will not accept returns of any hosiery items if the package has been opened.
To return a package please contact us by one of the following methods:

– Call 855-999-5323 (ext 3). If calling after business hours, leave a voicemail with your name, order number (if known) and e-mail address.

Credits will be issued in the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal) used for the purchase after we receive the item. You will receive an email notification. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable if paid by buyer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number from the selected shipping carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
You may return items received as a gift. Please note that the original purchaser will be notified by email of any refunds or exchanges. This is an automated part of our order system and we regret that we are unable to change it. If you ask for a replacement item of higher value, we will need the cardholder’s permission before making additional charges to their card. If you would like to pay for the difference yourself, please include clear payment instructions with the return, along with your contact details in case we have any questions.
All our merchandise is inspected before we send it to you. If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact us at email@example.com and we will address the problem as quickly as possible.
